“Non-Affiliated” camps include events that take place at Camp de Benneville, but are planned and facilitated by groups other than de Benneville staff, Unitarian Universalist church weekend leaders or UU Regional staff.  Groups that are not affiliated with the Unitarian Universalist faith, but who share our core belief in the inherent worth and dignity of all human beings are encouraged to lease our camp for their own special events.  External groups are expected to take care of all aspects of their event’s programming and administration, including registration and fee collection.

Camp de Benneville provides the beautiful and unique venue, lodging, and meal service, as well as our director’s consulting expertise in running successful camp programs for more than twenty-five years.

Groups may be interested in leasing Camp de Benneville Pines or some portion of its facilities, such as a cabin with a full kitchen, a venue for a wedding or other gathering, or the entire camp with meal service included. 

Because each group’s needs are unique and special, we cannot quote pricing out of context.  Rather, we invite you to respond to the form below and describe the camp event you envision in as much detail as possible. Please keep in mind that our Camp is very heavily scheduled during the late spring, summer and early Fall.  Availability is much more likely in the colder months but an unexpected opening sometimes occurs. 

After a review of your description, our director or other Camp staff will reach out to you to discuss specifics including scheduling and accommodations.  We can then provide you with a quote, if appropriate.
